Coded by scratch, in HTML and CSS. I personally dislike JS, so there is (and won't be) any JS. This site should be open-source, so anyone can create their own fan page of this god forsaken anime.
The reason for this website (if you couldn't tell) is my favorite anime I've ever seen. I'd like to maintain that spot for Higurashi forever, but you never know. :p
